More people will die in Ukraine, and that will be President Donald Trump’s fault, according to a former ambassador to Russia.
Michael McFaul, the former United States Ambassador to Russia under President Obama, appeared on MSNBC on Saturday to discuss Trump’s recent steps regarding Russia’s onslaught on Ukraine.
Contradicting the president, McFaul said the situation was, “Not a Biden deal.”
“Wrong,” he stated bluntly.
McFaul stressed that then-President Joe Biden gave Ukraine the tools it needed, and noted that Trump is threatening to throw those away.
If he does so, he says, “more Ukrainians will die and that will be President Trump’s fault, not President Biden’s fault.”
