Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and MAGA host Eric Bolling spoke out against President Donald Trump after he ordered nuclear submarines to be re-positioned in response to “highly provocative” comments from a Russian official.
“You hear President Trump saying I’m moving some nuclear subs into the Mediterranean into an area that would be more accessible to what’s going on in Russia and Ukraine,” Bolling told Greene on his Thursday program.
“My head exploded,” the Real America’s Voice host recalled. “Like, what are we doing here?”
Greene agreed with Bolling but suggested that Trump did not support his own military strategy.
“I’m 100% against it,” she said. “But I also really think President Trump is, too. He campaigned on ending that war.”
“And I have been very encouraged seeing the news coming out that Steve Witkoff met with Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, and there is talks of a meeting happening between President Trump, Zelenskyy, and President Putin,” Greene added. “I think the voices that are the loudest in the Oval Office are pushing America to take a hard stance on Russia, and it’s not working.”
“The sanctions haven’t worked, trying to bully other countries and their business deals with Russia is not working. There needs to be a diplomatic peace process, and I really have big faith that President Trump will vote for that.”
