Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has had enough of the spineless “good ole boys” network that’s betraying President Trump’s MAGA movement just six months into his triumphant return to the White House.
In an explosive 45-minute interview with the Daily Mail, MTG didn’t hold back, slamming the GOP for abandoning its base and reverting to the warmongering neocon days of yore.
“I don’t know if the Republican Party is leaving me, or if I’m kind of not relating to Republican Party as much anymore,” she told the outlet. “I don’t know which one it is.”
Her loyalty to President Trump remains rock-solid, but she’s flashing warning lights: the GOP is wildly out of step with the MAGA base that propelled Trump back to power.
“I think the Republican Party has turned its back on America First and the workers and just regular Americans,” Greene continued.
On Monday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene took to social media to blast what she sees as a total failure of accountability on issues central to the MAGA movement, posting a chart highlighting “zero arrests” tied to the “Russian Collusion Hoax,” “January 6th,” “COVID-19,” “Benghazi,” and the “2020 Election,” among others.

She’s calling out the establishment for ditching the core issues that matter: slashing foreign aid to endless wars, unleashing DOGE to gut government waste, halting the skyrocketing national debt, and battling inflation head-on.
“Like what happened all those issues? You know that I don’t know what the hell happened with the Republican Party. I really don’t,” she fumed. “But I’ll tell you one thing, the course that it’s on, I don’t want to have anything to do with it, and I, I just don’t care anymore.”
The frustration is hitting close to home in her own state. Greene says Georgia’s GOP is a captured operation, run by donors who talk a big game but cave to establishment pressure.
She won’t be running for Senate in 2026, not because she couldn’t win, but because, she says, the state party is already rigging the game for another “lukewarm” moderate to run against Democrat Jon Ossoff.
And without Trump on the ticket, she warns, it’s likely a lost cause.
“I had to beat eight men and had to really whoop one in the primary, and I did, and the primary is everything in my district, and I did that by myself. I didn’t do that with anybody’s help, not President Trump, Mike Johnson,” she said.
Greene didn’t stop with the state party. She torched GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson for sabotaging fellow MAGA ally Rep. Elise Stefanik, whose UN Ambassador nomination was quietly pulled by the White House.
Greene said Stefanik, a staunch Trump supporter, got “shafted” by both Johnson and White House insiders.
“I mean, she got screwed by Mike Johnson, and she got screwed by the White House. I’m not blaming Trump, particularly. I’m blaming the people in the White House.”
In Stefanik’s place, the Biden-lite Republicans installed former Florida Rep. Mike Waltz — a man recently caught in a scandal dubbed “Signalgate” after carelessly including a journalist in a private Signal chat.
Greene rightly asked, “How does he get awarded after ‘Signalgate?’ Isn’t that weird … who awarded him that?”
More from Daily Mail:
Greene has recently put forward a slew of legislation that focuses on areas not typically touched by the GOP.
In recent months she’s introduced bills to prevent cloud-seeding and releasing chemicals in the sky, make English the official language of the U.S. and to cut capital gains taxes on homes – a move she hopes will help make houses more affordable.
Greene told the Daily Mail that she doesn’t find herself with close GOP allies, particularly woman, that are championing causes she’s most interested in.
‘I’m going alone right now on the issues that I’m speaking about,’ she admitted.
Greene has not faced a serious political threat since getting elected to Congress. She regularly clears her primary contests by double digits and runs away with the general election.
